How can I get in touch with you?

We can be contacted by phone Monday to Saturday 9am – 4.30pm on 01253 895 204. Or alternatively, you can email any time at info@graceandgrey.co.uk.

 

When will my order be processed?

Orders can be placed on the website 24 hours a day. Orders placed before 4pm will be endeavoured to be processed that day and if in stock will be dispatched the next working days unless otherwise stated in the description. Please note that all delivery times are given as an estimate and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Grace and Grey accept no liability for items arriving after the given date.

 

I have changed my mind can I return my items?

Yes, we have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee just contact us at sales@graceandgrey before you return your item for a returns reference. Once we have received the item back in its original state a refund will be processed within 14 days.

 

How will my item be sent?

Unless otherwise stated all items are sent by UPS.

My item has arrived damaged what should I do?

Unfortunately, from time to time damages can occur in transit, although we do take great care to wrap all items well. If you find your item has been damaged please contact us immediately at sales@graceandgrey.co.uk with your name and order number for a returns reference and we will arrange collection and delivery of a new item.

 

I live outside the UK can I still order?

Yes, we can post anywhere in the world, if you email us at info@graceandgrey.co.uk before you purchase and we can give you an accurate postage cost.
